Portal-first and explicit about it. Workers' comp: log in to mPortal, pick Loss Runs under Quick Links, then enter an end date and policy number to generate the report yourself. All other lines: open the account, go to Account Summary, click View Loss Runs. A web form at markel.com/us/for-agents-and-brokers/commercial-lines/loss-runs is the documented fallback, with no stated turnaround. Markel's published 24-48 hour turnover figure is for credentialing verification, which Markel itself distinguishes from loss runs — it does not apply here. Loss runs are released only to the policyholder or the assigned producer — AOR/BOR only, no exceptions without a broker of record letter.
