Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never use your documents to train models. Uploaded loss run PDFs and extracted data are retained indefinitely, with no automatic deletion schedule. You can request deletion of a document or your account by emailing privacy@lossrunguru.com. Extraction runs on SortSpoke, our own document AI platform, operated by Mocsy Inc., the same company that operates LossRunGuru.
What carriers do you support?
LossRunGuru is built to read any US carrier's loss run format — personal lines, commercial lines, workers' comp, GL, auto, umbrella — with no carrier-specific setup. Formats vary enormously, so if you hit one we handle badly we want to see it; send it over and we'll tune for it.
Can I integrate with my AMS?
LossRunGuru exports CSV for all users and Excel for paid accounts. Direct AMS integrations are not available today.
How accurate is the extraction?
LossRunGuru extracts claims data from carrier loss run PDFs. Review the output against the source document before using it. We have not published measured accuracy figures.
What if a field is wrong?
Check the spreadsheet against the PDF before the data goes anywhere that matters, the same way you would review a colleague's work. If you hit a carrier format we handle badly, send it to us — those cases are exactly what we want, and fixing them is how the tool gets better.
