The brand domain highlanderspecialty.com is owned by the group but is a 301 to the Clear Blue home page, not a carrier site of its own. Practical route: the loss run comes from the program administrator / MGA whose name appears on the policy or declarations page, obtained through the retail agent and the wholesale broker who placed the business, not from Highlander or Clear Blue directly. No email, phone, portal or turnaround is emitted: the only phone numbers published (the Charlotte/Dallas line and the Puerto Rico line on the contact page) are group corporate office numbers attached to a partner-inquiry form, not a claims or loss run line, and publishing them as a loss run route would misdirect requesters.
