biBERK Loss Run Request

biBERK sells direct and publishes no route for getting a loss run out of it. Its only loss-run page, https://www.biberk.com/policyholders/lossrun, is titled "Upload Loss Run Report" and is a policy-number-plus-phone login for sending biBERK a prior carrier's loss run — not for obtaining one, so it is not recorded as a portal. The sitemap lists /support/other-actions/request-loss-run, but that URL returned HTTP 500 on every attempt, so no request page is actually live. The FAQ "What is a loss run?" defines the term and stops there. The practical route is the general support form at https://www.biberk.com/support/other-actions/something-else, which asks for contact name, email and phone, an optional policy number, a category and free-text comments; none of the seven categories (Purchasing coverage, My policy, Certificate of insurance, Payment, Claims, Audit, Other) is loss runs, so "Other" plus a written request is the only fit. 1-844-472-0967 is the general customer service line shown site-wide, not a loss run line. The form's confirmation page says a member of the team will be in touch within two business days; that is an acknowledgment commitment for any support request, not a loss run fulfillment time, so no turnaround is recorded. claims@biBerk.com is carrier-published but only for sending documents into an open claim ("such as pictures or a copy of the demand letter"), so it is not published here. Policies are underwritten by Wellfleet Insurance Company, Berkshire Hathaway Direct Insurance Company, National Liability & Fire Insurance Company or Wellfleet New York Insurance Company; a request may need to name the issuing company shown on the declarations page.
